In The Balanced Workout you will experience the best of The Pilates and The Cardio Workout at our Sunnyside location! The combination of these two will push your body to the limits and bring the results you want quickly. Not only will you get a combination of (what we believe ate be) the two best forms of exercise, but you will also get two of the best instructors in the industry! This class will only have eight people in it with one instructor, so you get the individual attention that we regard as so important. For best results do this class two to three times weekly.
The WRKT is the heart and soul of our State St. location.This class is designed to get your heart rate up while using the tried and true methods of LAGREE to sculpt and lengthen muscles of the entire body. This cardio and Mega inspired class will fly by as you move to the beat of the music and the rhythm of your breath for 45 minutes. If the weather is nice we might even take the cardio outside!
