After struggling with a dysfunctional SI joint throughout high school and into college, I was determined to find something that was both low impact and effective for my body. I began training with Karis on the reformer right out of college, and have maintained my Pilates practice since then. Getting certified in Megaformer was the natural next step for me as the Lagree method is the first workout I’ve seen serious results with and have had zero pain doing. I truly believe it’s the healthiest and most effective workout, and this has been an awesome Wrkt family to be a part of!
