The Pilates Equipment Workout is sure to be a challenge for anyone of any level. One of our fantastic instructors will lead you through a dynamic Pilates workout using classical Pilates equipment. This is sure to make every muscle in your body lengthen, shake, and burn! This class is recommended to be done at least two times a week while mixing in The Balanced Workout throughout.
