We are already in the second week of our April Reset! We wanted to take a minute to give all the reasons why we brought the April Reset back for a second year.

One of the most important parts of making sure you are getting the most work out of every movement you do in class is successfully making a mind muscle connection. What is a mind muscle connection? It’s actively being aware of which muscles are supposed to be working when you are in a move. Picturing the muscle in your mind can help both activate the correct muscle and help avoid use of any other muscles you don't want to be working.

So, we thought, what better way to get people thinking which part of their bodies they are working than focusing each class on a specific muscle group? Whether it’s Tuesday and its Obliques + Triceps + Quads, or it’s a Friday and you’ve booked a Back + Biceps + Butt class, we want you to be aware during class which muscles are supposed to be awake and working.

The Reset gives us a chance to work muscle groups to the max, and the next day attack a fresh set of different muscles. By the end of the month, the goal is to be not only stronger, but be more skilled and knowledgeable when going into any move, and any class!
