THE BEST (HEALTHY) CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

We can't claim this recipe as our own… but we can do you the favor of sharing it with you. These oat cookies will satisfy your sweet tooth and they are so simple to make - there’s only four ingredients!


INGREDIENT LIST:


  • 1 large ripe banana

  • ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1 cup and 2 tbsp oats

  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips

  • Optional: 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice


DIRECTIONS:


  1. Start by mashing a large banana in a bowl

  2. Mix in oats and almond butter

  3. Stir in your chocolate chips and a sweetener of your choice!

  4. Scoop out onto baking sheet and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes

  5. Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins

  6. Enjoy!
