Liv Hunt

Liv Hunt, personal assistant to Karis and Lagree instructor is currently a junior at USC and the Vice President of Kappa Delta Sorority. She spends her days assisting in the day to day operations of The Workout, planning events, designing new retail drops, doing client communications and running the social media channels! If you love something at The Workout, Liv is likely the brains behind it! When she is not working hard to keep this show on the road, she is doing the duties of the vice president of Kappa Delta, studying, taking classes and hanging out with her friends!
