What to expect… 

The Lagree method is a 45-minute high-intensity workout taken on a Megaformer. This method will challenge you to your core, literally. The method is based on time under tension. High-intensity & low-impact, movements will tighten, strengthen, and tone your muscles! You can expect every muscle to engage within one of these workouts. You can expect a series of lunges, arm exercises, and core core core.
